The AFW Lifting Platform is perfect for Olympic lifting, weightlifting and powerlifting. Made of a combination of wood and rubber reinforced with a steel frame, this platform absorbs impacts and vibrations, protecting both the floor and the training bars and discs. In addition, it reduces noise during workouts and provides total stability to the athlete. Optionally, it can be bolted to the floor for greater fixation.
